Most of the calls we get start the same way — someone has a room that isn't working for them, a Pinterest board full of ideas they don't know how to make real, or a new flat with bare walls and a moving date already fixed. We've learned that the best interiors come out of an actual conversation: what time do you get home, where does the mail pile up, does anyone in the house work from the dining table. Those small, unglamorous details end up shaping the design far more than a mood board does. That's the approach we bring to every project, whether it's a single bedroom or a full apartment.

Questions people ask before their first meeting
Do I need to know exactly what I want before I call?
No. Some clients arrive with a Pinterest board and a colour scheme; others just know their current space doesn't work and want help figuring out why. Either starting point is fine — the first site visit is really a conversation about how you live, and the design direction usually becomes clear from there.
Can I hire you for just one room, or does it have to be the whole home?
Just one room is completely fine. A lot of our work is a single bedroom, a kitchen, or a living room refresh — full-home projects are common too, but there's no minimum scope.
Do you work with my own contractor or only your own team?
We can do either. Most clients use our in-house design-and-build team so there's one point of contact throughout, but if you already have a trusted contractor, we're glad to hand over a complete drawing set for them to execute.
What happens if I want to change something mid-project?
It happens more often than not, and it's fine — we'd rather you get the room right than stick rigidly to the first drawing. Any change that affects cost or timeline is priced and confirmed with you in writing before work continues, so there are no surprises on the final bill.
