How we approach luxury interiors in NR Colony
In NR Colony — a quiet, traditional residential colony in Basavanagudi — homes and spaces here are typically independent houses, rebuilt family plots and well-kept older apartments, and the people we work with are often long-settled families, retired professionals and the next generation rebuilding the family home. In NR Colony, luxury often means restoring the grace of an old home with finer materials and craftsmanship.
An interior only works if it holds up after the first few weeks of actually living in it. That's the standard we design to, rather than how a space photographs on day one.
Alongside NR Colony, our team regularly takes on luxury interiors work in Visvesvarapuram, Jayanagar and VV Puram, so site visits in this part of the city fit easily into our week.
What clients in NR Colony usually ask us for
- Updating old kitchens, bathrooms and wiring without losing the home’s warmth
- Designing for parents and children living under one roof
- Storage for festivals, heirlooms and everyday life

Why choose us
Why choose our luxury interior designers in NR Colony?
The right fit matters more than the longest portfolio. We try to be upfront about what we can and can't do, and clear about cost and timeline from the first conversation.
01
Designs Based on Your Lifestyle
Rather than starting from a style board, we start with a conversation about your household: who lives there, how the rooms get used, and what's currently getting in the way.
02
Smart Use of Space
Every square foot matters. Our layouts focus on movement, storage, furniture placement and functionality.
03
Personalised Design
No two households want the same thing from a living room. We treat your preferences as the starting brief, not a set of suggestions to override.
04
Budget-Conscious Planning
We help prioritise design elements according to your project requirements and available budget.
05
Design-to-Execution Support
Design and execution are planned as one connected process for NR Colony projects, not handed off between separate teams partway through.
Quiet luxury, carefully built in NR Colony
We design luxury homes to feel calm and personal rather than showy, with fine materials and craftsmanship doing the talking.
Material choices are where budgets are won or lost. We help you see where spending more actually changes the day-to-day experience of a space, and where it doesn't.
Bespoke pieces, built by our craftsmen
Bespoke furniture lets every piece fit its space exactly — a sofa sized for the room, a bed with storage where you need it, a dining table that seats your family.
Humidity, sunlight and daily wear affect materials differently room to room — a finish that works in a living room may not hold up the same way in a kitchen or bathroom, and we plan accordingly.
Luxury in 3D · NR Colony
A master suite with panelled walls and a crystal chandelier
Luxury is mostly in the layering — mouldings, upholstery, stone and light working together. Try a wall shade, a headboard fabric and a floor, then switch to evening and watch the chandelier catch the light.
Upholstery Emerald velvet
Wall colour Champagne
Flooring Italian marble
Lighting Evening
Switch between an upholstered wingback, a low floating platform with LED underglow, a hydraulic storage bed that lifts to show the space underneath, and a slim four-poster. Then change the headboard fabric and the wood finish.
Bed design Upholstered wingback
Headboard fabric Champagne
Wood finish Walnut
Wall colour Sage green
Lighting Daylight
You are standing in the room, looking up. Switch between a recessed tray, a floating island with glowing edges, wooden rafters and a round cut-out with a chandelier — each one is lifted into place. Then change the LED colour, or let it cycle through RGB.
Ceiling design Recessed tray

Materials & finishes
Materials, finishes and details that complete the work
A hinge that wears out in a year or a laminate that scratches easily costs more in the long run than paying slightly more upfront for a better one. We flag those trade-offs rather than defaulting to the cheapest option without saying so.
Cabinet hardware, countertop material, flooring and wall finishes are the choices that affect daily use the most — those get the closest attention, with decorative details settled once the functional choices are locked in.
