Popular Interiors offers luxury interiors across BTM Layout and the rest of Bangalore. Quiet luxury — rich materials and perfect detailing, nothing shouting for attention.
Luxury Interior Designers · BTM Layout
In BTM Layout — a busy residential area between Jayanagar and HSR, popular with young professionals — typical projects here involve apartments, independent homes and offices for young companies, for young professionals, founders and families who like being close to everything. Penthouses and large flats around BTM Layout are where many of our luxury apartment projects happen — calm, refined and full of hidden storage.
We'd rather have an honest conversation about budget and scope early than surprise you with either later. Here's what that looks like in practice.
BTM Layout sits in our South Bangalore (Basavanagudi, Jayanagar, JP Nagar) service area, along with Yelachenahalli, Madiwala and Konanakunte. Our site team covers these neighbourhoods together, which keeps visits and supervision regular.

What’s included
Why choose us
Choosing an interior designer is a personal decision. You want someone who understands your ideas and can translate them into a space that works in everyday life.
Before any layout is drawn, we want to know your daily routine — where you eat, work, unwind and store things — so the design fits how you actually live, not a showroom idea of it.
A well-planned layout can make a compact home feel larger without adding a single square foot — that's the kind of planning we prioritise.
If you already know what you like — a colour you're drawn to, a material you've seen and want — we build the design around that rather than steering you toward our own preferences.
We plan around the number you give us, not a number we'd prefer you had.
From initial planning through execution, we help coordinate the various stages involved in creating your interior.

The difference between expensive and luxurious is detailing — how materials meet, how hardware feels and how lighting is layered. That’s where we spend our time.
What holds up over years of daily use isn't always what looks most striking on day one. We factor in maintenance and durability alongside appearance when recommending laminates, veneers, hardware, flooring and finishes.

Custom pieces take a little longer, but they make the whole home feel considered rather than assembled.
Cabinet hardware, countertop material, flooring and wall finishes are the choices that affect daily use the most — those get the closest attention, with decorative details settled once the functional choices are locked in.
Luxury in 3D · BTM Layout
Luxury is mostly in the layering — mouldings, upholstery, stone and light working together. Try a wall shade, a headboard fabric and a floor, then switch to evening and watch the chandelier catch the light.
Upholstery Emerald velvet
Wall colour Champagne
Flooring Italian marble
Lighting Evening
Switch between an upholstered wingback, a low floating platform with LED underglow, a hydraulic storage bed that lifts to show the space underneath, and a slim four-poster. Then change the headboard fabric and the wood finish.
Bed design Upholstered wingback
Headboard fabric Champagne
Wood finish Walnut
Wall colour Sage green
Lighting Daylight
You are standing in the room, looking up. Switch between a recessed tray, a floating island with glowing edges, wooden rafters and a round cut-out with a chandelier — each one is lifted into place. Then change the LED colour, or let it cycle through RGB.
Ceiling design Recessed tray
LED colour Warm white
Wall colour Ivory linen
Lighting Golden hour
Illustrative scenes for trying combinations — not a fixed package or a render of a past project.

Materials & finishes
The overall quality of an interior depends on more than just the furniture. We consider laminates, veneers, acrylic finishes, glass, hardware, flooring, lighting, wall finishes, kitchen surfaces, wardrobe interiors, false ceilings and decorative elements. The final selection is based on the design, functionality, maintenance requirements and project budget.
Hardware quality (hinges, channels, handles) tends to matter more over time than most people expect at the start of a project, so we don't treat it as an afterthought.
